ORDERING
Orders – which can be made using our online order form, by telephone, fax or post (using our print-off order form) – are handled promptly and goods are normally dispatched on the day an order is received. Orders from established customers and schools can be processed without pre-payment. Other new customers are asked to please send a cheque with their first order. Please note that we have a minimum order policy of 50 books.
All prices – detailed on our online order form and the print-off order form – include postage and packaging costs for UK deliveries. Because of the cost of sending parcels overseas, unfortunately, we need to charge for non-UK orders. Please contact us for a quotation with details of your proposed order.
For any orders from schools of 150 or more a 5% free stock bonus is supplied in addition to the quantity requested. For orders of 300 or more a 10% free stock bonus is supplied. As an alternative to a 10% stock bonus, with orders for at least 300 books (of any single publication), personalisation with a school crest/logo is available at no extra charge. Amendments can be made to the content inside the book but a small charge is made. Please contact us for details.
Value Added Tax is charged on all orders except those to VAT registered bodies within the European Union and all customers outside of the EU.
Trade discount is 20%, which includes free postage and packing in the UK.
